Refunds will be issued within 20 days after the claim process is finalised. • The item you received is defective, damaged, or substantially different from the description.
• Your order never arrived, and this was not due to an error provided by the buyer (e.g. incorrect shipping address or phone number).
• You raised a claim by contacting our customer service within the guarantee period.
• Your account is in good standing.
• Customs clearance and duties are the buyer’s responsibility. If your item is returned due to unpaid duties, this is not covered under the guarantee.
