Need to return something?
We know returns can be frustrating, but at Alma Ella, we’ve made it as simple as possible. Just get in touch with us first – we’ll provide clear instructions and guide you through every step.
Return Information
- Refunds only – Alma Ella does not currently offer exchanges, only refunds.
- Condition of items – Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all labels/tags attached.
- Hygiene-sensitive products – Under Israeli law, underwear, bikini bottoms, briefs, and other hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned once opened. Items like socks must remain sealed in their original packaging.
- Inspection – All returned items are carefully inspected before approval of a refund.
- Timeframe – You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your wish to return (in line with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981).
- Exclusions – Customised items, hygiene products, or items with removed care labels cannot be refunded.
- Separate orders – Orders placed separately must be returned separately, as combining them slows down the process.
⚠️ Important: No returns will be accepted without contacting us first. Please email us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return address and procedure.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and after inspection.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
- If the item was faulty or misdescribed, shipping costs will also be refunded.
